Mon Petit Chou Knit-along

a knit-along for the truly daring

I too have had difficulty with the cast on and losing stitches. I have frogged twice and I refuse to do it again. I'm on row 21 and still am having issues with finding too many or too few stitches on the RS row. I've decided i'm just going to make my own adjustments as I go along and hope the elasticity will save me.

Don't feel bad about frogging twice! I frogged THREE times! By the time I purled together the stitches from two needles a second time, I felt like an old hand at it, plus it looked much nicer. I'm only up to Row 13 now, but everything's looking good and I haven't had any more problems. I'm using a lifeline every four rows because I can't stand to have to rip back more than that if I make a mistake. (And I usually do make mistakes in lace knitting!)
